3. Short-Form Video & UGC

Short-form video built around your product. Hooks, scripts, b-roll briefs and edited cuts for Reels, TikTok and Shorts. UGC-style production where it fits, polished cuts where it doesn't.

  • Scripted hooks per video, briefed against your product and audience
  • Editing, captions, music and aspect-ratio cuts handled in-house
  • Third-party UGC creator coordination available on Scale tier — we coordinate paid production at cost, never sell follower counts, influencer outcomes or guaranteed engagement
  • Source files delivered for your archive on final payment

4. Community Management

Real replies, in your voice, on a clear SLA. Community management with documented response guidelines — what we answer, what we escalate to your team, and how fast.

  • Scale: 1 business day reply SLA (Starter and Growth do not include community management)
  • Escalation rules agreed at onboarding
  • We never impersonate the founder publicly

5. Monthly Reporting

What shipped, what worked, what to test next. A written end-of-month report tying the work to your actual goals — not a screenshot dump of vanity metrics.
