Billing — how it works

  • Each plan is a monthly service package paid by one-time Stripe invoice or payment link in USD.
  • Payment is due before work begins for the applicable service month.
  • Elyvra does not use automatic recurring billing.
  • Future months are invoiced only after written client approval.
  • To stop after the current service month, simply do not approve the next invoice — no cancellation notice required.
  • Unused deliverable slots do not roll over to the next service month.
  • Licensed music, stock footage and any third-party UGC creator fees are billed separately at cost.

Fulfillment & Delivery

  • Service delivery begins after payment of the first invoice, signature of the SOW, and completion of onboarding.
  • Onboarding takes 5–7 business days and covers brand intake, account access setup, voice and visual guardrails, and platform confirmation.
  • The 30-day content calendar is delivered for written client approval by day 7 of the service month.
  • Production (static designs and, on Growth and Scale, short-form video) begins only after written calendar approval.
  • Finished deliverables are delivered through email, a shared workspace (Drive / Notion / Dropbox), or direct posting via approved social scheduling access, depending on the SOW.
  • An end-of-month text performance summary is delivered on the Scale tier within 5 business days of month-end. Starter and Growth do not include a monthly performance summary.
  • If the service month cannot be started within 14 days of payment due to outstanding client items (credentials, brand assets, approvals), the schedule shifts day-for-day — the paid service month is still delivered in full.
