• Contact and inquiry information: name, business email, brand name, role, project details and any other information you submit through our contact form, Calendly booking, or by email.
• Client information: billing contact, billing address, tax identifiers, brand assets, social media account access where granted, and feedback shared during engagements.
• Payment information: processed directly by Stripe, Inc. Elyvra does not store full card numbers or banking credentials.

• Usage data: pages viewed, time on page, referring URL, device type, browser, language preference.

• Log data: IP address, access timestamps, error logs (provided by Cloudflare).

2. How We Use Information

• Service providers that help us operate: Stripe, Inc. (payments), Web3Forms (contact form delivery), Calendly (call booking), Google Analytics (site analytics), Cloudflare (hosting and security), and our email provider. Each is bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
• Social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X) where Client has granted us publishing or analytics access for service delivery. We act under Client's authorization and limit access to assigned team members.
• Legal and safety recipients when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, property or safety.
• Successors in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of substantially all assets, subject to this policy.

5. International Transfers

Elyvra is based in the United States. If you access the Site or engage us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. We rely on standard contractual clauses and other appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers where required.

6. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Engagement records are typically retained for seven (7) years after the close of the engagement for tax and audit reasons.
